Whether you consider yourself a landlord (landlady) or an investor, everyone needs a place to live. I have a chance to listen to the audio editions on Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner and read the Kindle version on the book, Managing Rental Properties, co-author, Heather Turner. I've met the Turners once at a local real estate investors' meetup group at a public library in Federal Way, WA, where Brandon discussed the "BRRRR" strategy as one of the creative real estate investing as one of the ways to being an investor. As I am fairly new to the real estate investing particularly in the rental property investing, his book is perfect for those who wants to learn the trade. He is a down to earth and "walk the talk" kind of guy, with a positive mindset of "How can I . . . ." instead of "I can't". His book resonates a lot of what he talks about in his webinars, videos and podcasts.
